Carol Marie Judd, age 61, entered into rest on September 9, 2017 at her home in Prosser. She was born on April 17, 1956 to Reider and Bernice (Ingebretson) Rosendahl in Spokane, Washington where she was raised and educated. Soon after graduating from Rogers High School, she moved to the Tri-City area where she worked in a clothing store. Carol and Gary Judd were married on April 9, 2000 and the couple made their home in Grandview for five years until settling in Prosser in 2005. She worked at the Quality Inn in Sunnyside for seventeen years.
Carol enjoyed gardening, reading, and camping. She was very friendly and social and easily made people smile.
Carol is survived by her husband, Gary; her sons, Eric Ripplinger of Massachusetts, and Chad Ripplinger (Sheila) of Jerome, Idaho; her daughter, Brandi Austin of Massachusetts; nine grandchildren; her mother, Bernice Rosendahl and her sister, Diane Shaw (Bill) all of Spokane.
She was preceded in death by her father.
