Elzy, Arthur “Chad”, 24, passed away September 18, 2017 in Louisville.
He was born to Arthur “Charlie” and Traci Elzy January 26, 1993.
Chad loved to fish, was an NFL, and UK fan, and enjoyed spending time with his brother and nephew.
Left to cherish his memory are his parents; his brother, Adam; grandparents, Wayne and Norma Wathen, Art and Linda Elzy; his aunt, Christy Bickett (Bobby); his uncle, Greg Wathen; nephew, Brandon; and a cousin, Tyler Phelps.
Visitation is Thursday 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM, with Funeral Service at 3:00 PM at Owen Funeral Home 5317 Dixie Hwy. Visitaiton to resume after service. Cremation to follow.
