Obituary

MULLANEY, Mark 71, died peacefully on Monday September 18, 2017 at his home in Hull MA.  He was the beloved husband of Katheryn (Hogan) Mullaney, with whom he celebrated 46 years of marriage.
 
Mark was born and raised in Concord Ma before moving to Wellesley.  A graduate of Concord High School, The Choate School and Boston College, Mark spent 35 years as an executive in health care administration. A dedicated husband and father, Mark coached dozens of teams throughout his sons’ youth. Mark was President of the Wellesley Little League, reestablished the American Legion Baseball  program, and was president of the Wellesley High School Gridiron Club. Mark was a founder and President of Voice of the Faithful, a member of the Clover Club of Boston and an avid golfer at Wellesley Country Club.  Those who knew him well will miss his humor, compassion, and massive divots.
 
In addition to his wife, he is survived by his three sons Brian Mullaney, his wife Erin, and their three daughters MacKenzie, Katheryn, and Elizabeth of Milton, MA; Joseph Mullaney, his wife Kristine, and their two sons Michael and Sean of Belmont, MA; and Timothy Mullaney, his wife Lindsay, and their two sons Graham Mark and Quinn of Hingham, MA.  Brother of Mary Hanley, Ellen Taplin, and the late William J. Mullaney.

Funeral from the George F. Doherty & Sons Funeral Home, 477 Washington St., (Rt.16) WELLESLEY, Friday, Sept. 22 at 10am followed by a Funeral Mass in St. John the Evangelist Church, 9 Glynn Rd., Wellesley at 11am. Relatives and friends kindly invited. Visiting hours at the funeral home Thursday, Sept. 21 from 4-8pm. Interment private.
