Obituary

Richard A. Lindsey 54, of Natick died unexpectedly Friday September 8, 2017 at his home. He was the beloved husband of Melany M. (Montoya) Lindsey.

A lifelong resident of Natick he was the son of Susan K. (Wilde) Lindsey of Natick and the late Frank R. Lindsey.

Mr. Lindsey was a highly skilled marble and tile installer for residential and commercial construction in the Natick, Weston and Wellesley area for over 30 years. He was known for his attention to detail and creativity which was highly appreciated by his many loyal customers and fellow contractors.

He was a caring devoted father for his two children, cherishing every moment spent with them walking the beach, swimming, soccer, or fishing.

Mr. Lindsey was an active supporter of the Iskwelahang Pilipino School in Bedford.

Richard attended the Natick School system and graduated from Natick High School class of 1981.

In addition to his wife and mother he is survived by two children Brandon M Lindsey and Elizabeth M Lindsey of Natick, a brother Douglas Lindsey of Milford, a sister Cheryl Malcolm and her husband Roger of Natick, nieces and nephews Tyler and Kendall Lindsey, and Brett, Devan and Derek Malcolm.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Funeral on Saturday September 16 at 9:00 A.M. From the John Everett and Sons Funeral Home 4 Park Street, at Natick Common followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in St Patrick’s Church at 10:00 A.M.

Visiting hours are Friday September 15, from 4:00 to 8:00 P.M.

Interment in Woodlawn Cemetery Wellesley.
