Luke J. Kelley, age 27, of Norton, passed away unexpectedly on Friday, August 25, 2017 at the Sturdy Memorial Hospital in Attleboro.
Born in Fort Riley, Kansas on May 18, 1990, he was a loving son of Lynne C. (Campbell) Kelley of Norton and the late Patrick J. Kelley.
Luke grew up in Mansfield and Norton. He was a graduate of Norton High School and worked as a construction contractor.
Luke’s favorite times by far were those spent with family and friends. He was a kind and gentle young man who touched the lives of all he met. His sense of humor was remarkable and the love he showed to animals was unconditional. He was intellectual but simple.
Luke was an avid sports fan who loyally stuck by his favorite teams, the Red Sox and Patriots, regardless of circumstances. He also enjoyed playing pool and card games.
In addition to his mother, he is survived by his devoted brother Ryan P. Kelley of Norton. He was the dear uncle of Calley Kelley, and is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins, and his best friends “Stash”, “Max”, “Little Missy” and “Blue Bear”.
