In Taunton, Alan E. "Wingy" Isenor, Age 85, passed away in Morton Hospital following a lengthy period of declining health. Alan is survived by his loving wife Grace (Neville) Isenor. Alan was born in Raynham, the son of the late Arthur & Edna (Caswell) Isenor. Alan had resided in Taunton since 1956 and was formerly of Raynham. He was educated in Raynham schools and a graduate of Taunton High School. Alan served his country during the Korean War while in the U.S. Army. He was employed for MA State Surplus in Taunton. Alan enjoyed listening to country music, bowling, traveling to Vermont and above all spending time with his family. In addition to his loving wife, Alan leaves his two sons Michael A. Isenor and David Isenor and his wife Christine all of Taunton. He also leaves his grandchildren, Kayleigh and David Isenor of Taunton and his brothers Thomas and Donald Isenor of Vermont and his late sister Nancy Hudson. A funeral home service will be held at the O’Keefe-Wade Funeral Home, 70 Washington St., Taunton, MA 02780 on Saturday, August 26th at 2pm. Relatives and friends are also invited to visiting hours prior to the service from 1-2 pm. Burial is private at the request of the family.
