SOMERSET – Manuel A. Pavao, age 57 of Somerset, passed away on Thursday, Aug. 17, 2017. He was the son of Maria M. (Miranda) Pavao and the late Joseph Pavao and the former husband of Karen (Robillard) Pavao. Manuel had worked for Pavao Construction Co., his family’s business, as a heavy equipment operator.
In addition to his mother & former wife, Manuel is survived by his 3 children: Justin Pavao of Fall River, and Derek Pavao & Jennifer Lumley of Guyton, GA; 2 brothers: Joseph Pavao (wife Nancy) of Somerset and Steve Pavao (wife Lisa) of Fall River; 1 grandson: Benjamin Pavao; several nieces & nephews. He was the brother of the late Christopher Pavao.
His funeral will take place from the Manuel Rogers & Sons Funeral Home, Inc. 1521 N. Main St. Fall River on Monday at 9:00 A.M. followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Patrick’s Church, Somerset at 10:00 A.M. Interment in St. Patrick’s Cemetery, Somerset. Calling hours on Sunday 4-8 P.M.
