Patricia A. Collins, age 82, passed away at Mt St Vincent Care Center in Holyoke on Aug. 16, 2017. She was born on June 13, 1935 in Queens, NY to the late Francis and Catherine (Maney) Jones. She lived in Wilbraham for thirty years where she was a parishioner at St Cecelia's Parish. She was a volunteer at her church and at Life Care Center and God's Little Acre in Wilbraham. Most recently Patricia was a communicant of Holy Name of Jesus Parish. She was a former preschool teacher. She was a devoted mother and grandmother and loved to spend time with her family. She was predeceased by her husband James, 1 daughter Maureen Weston, 1 brother James Jones and 1 sister Carol Greenlee. She will be sadly missed by her 2 sons, John Collins of Atlanta and Joseph Collins of Chicopee; 2 daughters, Catherine Collins of Chicopee and Mary Aldrich and her husband James of Chicopee; 2 brothers, Robert Jones and his wife Mimi of Brooklyn and Richard Jones of FL; nine grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. A Memorial Service will be held on Tues Aug. 22, 2017 at 11 AM at Holy Name of Jesus Parish in the Assumption Church in Chicopee. Calling Hours will be held on the morning of the funeral from 9:30 to 10:30 AM at the funeral home.
