In Walpole, August 17, 2017 Alfred J. Paquette loving husband of the late Carolyn (Hilton) Paquette died peacefully at his home at the age of 83. Born and educated in Boston, Al was the son of the late Wilfred and Helen (Mehan) Paquette. Al was a proud member of the US Army serving during the Vietnam and Korean War. Al enjoyed camping at Bayview Campground with his wife Carol for over thirty years. He was the father of Linda Johnson of Walpole, Diana Sklar of Plainville, Darryll Paquette of Stoughton and the late Kathy Barns and Alfred S. Paquette. Grandfather of five grandchildren and three great grandchildren. A graveside service will be held at Knollwood Memorial Park Cemetery on High Street in Canton on Saturday, August 26th at 11 AM. Donations in Al’s memory may be made to Home for Little Wanderers, 10 Guest Street, Boston, MA, 02135. Al’s family would like to extend an invitation after the graveside service back to his home in Walpole for a celebrational drink.
