COMPAGNONE, Giovanna (Delapa) Longtime Dedham resident, passed away peacefully surrounded by family on July 27, 2017.
Giovanna was the beloved wife of the late Rosario Compagnone. She was the loving mother of Maria Checca and her husband John, Elisabeth Compagnone, Frances Coughlin and her husband James. She was also the cherished Nonna of Marisa and Matthew Checca, Francesca, James, Elizabeth, and John Coughlin.
A private service was held at the George F. Doherty & Sons Wilson-Cannon Funeral Home, 456 High Street, Dedham. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in her name to Ursuline Academy, 85 Lowder Street, Dedham, MA 02026.
