Lee Ann (Graham) Chouinard, 64, of Plaistow, NH passed away peacefully on August 14th, 2017 with her family by her side. Lee Ann was the beloved daughter of James Graham, Sr. and the late Marjorie (Reilly) Graham of Hampton, NH.
Growing up in Methuen, MA, Lee Ann went to St. Monica’s School and later attended St. Mary’s High School in Lawrence, MA. She most recently worked as a nurse at the Whittier Pavilion in Haverhill, MA where both the staff and patients benefitted from her kind heart and warm spirit. Those who knew Lee Ann knew of her generous nature, gentle disposition and beautiful smile. She was devoted to her family and treasured every moment spent with her children and grandchildren. Lee Ann was a wonderful cook and always a gracious host. She enjoyed dancing, listening to country music, camping, shopping, word searches, roller coasters and basking in the sun. She loved spending her summers at Hampton Beach where she found joy in searching for sea glass along the shore and overturning rocks in search of crabs with her grandsons.
Lee Ann will be deeply missed by her son Kenneth Chouinard of Salem, NH, daughter Kimberly Senior and her husband Shawn of Shrewsbury, MA, son Jeffrey Chouinard of New York, NY, four cherished grandsons Thomas and Andrew Senior and Kenneth and Benjamin Chouinard, daughter-in-law Lori Chouinard of Salem, NH as well as her former spouse and dear friend, Henry Chouinard of Salem, NH.
Lee Ann is also survived by her brother James Graham, Jr. and his wife Janet of Bradford, MA, her sister Carlene Nazarian of Salem, NH, her sister Christine Betts and her husband Mark of Arlington, MA as well as several cousins, nieces and nephews.
Relatives and friends are invited to honor and celebrate Lee Ann’s life by gathering for calling hours on Friday, August 18, 2017 from 4:00 PM until 8:00 PM at the Kenneth H. Pollard Funeral Home, 233 Lawrence St., Methuen, MA. A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, August 19, 2017 at 9:00 AM at St. Monica’s Parish of Methuen.
