SOMERSET – Antonio Neves, age 84, passed away on August 14, 2017 at Charlton Memorial Hospital. Born in Fall River, he was the son of the late Antonio & Theresa (Correia) Neves and Victoria Neves. Antonio is an U.S. Army Veteran of the Korean War. He was a member of the VFW and AmVets.
Antonio is survived by his siblings Edmond Neves of Fall River, Mary St.Pierre of Fall River and Alfred Neves of Chicago; niece Doreen Sousa of FL as well as several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his sister Madeline Horta.
His funeral will take place from the Manuel Rogers & Sons Funeral Home 1521 N. Main St. Fall River on Friday here at 9 A.M. followed by a Mass of Christian Burial St. Patrick’s Church in Somerset at 10 A.M. Interment in St. Patrick’s Cemetery, Somerset.
