New Bedford – Teresa M. (Medeiros) Casimiro, age 55 of Fairhaven, passed away on Friday, August 11, 2017 at St. Luke’s Hospital. She was the beloved wife of Leonel Casimiro and was the daughter of the late Gilberto and Maria (dos Anjos) Medeiros.
She was born in New Bedford, MA and worked as a dietary aide at St. Luke’s Hospital.
She is survived by her husband; 2 children, Kellianne Casimiro and Bryan S. Casimiro of Fairhaven; sister, Debra Andre and her husband, Rick and nephew, Ricky of Fairhaven; as well as loving aunts, uncles, in-laws, nieces, nephews and cousins. She was also the sister of the late George G. Medeiros.
Her visiting hours will be held Sunday evening from 5:00-8:00 P.M. at the Funeral Home. Funeral services will be Monday beginning in the funeral home at 8:30 A.M. followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at St. Mary’s Church of Fairhaven at 10:00 A.M.
