MEREDITH - Gloria Ethel Borchert, 92, of 19 NH Route 104, died Sunday, August 6, 2017 at Golden View Health Care Center.
She was born on March 10, 1925 in New York, NY, the daughter of the late John and Edna (Glueck) Jordan. She enjoyed cross stitching, knitting and crafts. Gloria was also a member of the Meredith Women's Club.
She is survived by her husband, Walter Borchert of Tilton and one son, Richard Borchert and his wife Joan of South Carolina. She was predeceased by her parents.
There will be no calling hours.
A memorial service will be celebrated at 1PM on Monday, August 14, 2017 at the Good Shepherd Lutheran Church, 2238 Parade Road, Laconia.
Burial will be held at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Good Shepherd Lutheran Church, 2238 Parade Road, Laconia, NH 03246 or to the New Hampshire Veterans Home, 139 Winter St, Tilton, NH 03276.
