Obituary

Canterbury-----Seth R. Decato 19, left us in the early morning hours of Monday, July 31, 2017. He was born in Concord on September 28, 1997. He was fortunate to grow up in his hometown of Canterbury and attend school there. He also attended Belmont Middle and High Schools.

Seth lived life on his own terms, he struggled to find his path in life. Beneath the tough exterior, Seth had the kindest of hearts. This was his most extraordinary gift. He was quick to extend a hand if he saw it was needed.

Seth was handsome and smart, well versed in politics and current events. He had a beautiful genuine smile and a sparkle in his eyes that you could not forget. He had the ability to make us laugh and was fun to be around. He enjoyed get-togethers with family and friends.

He loved apple pie and cheeseburgers. Seth is extremely kind and loving to children and pets. His furry companion, Riggins, will miss him greatly.

Seth is survived by his mother, Tanya Decato and stepfather, Paul Dillon; two sisters, Madison Hendrick and her companion, Thomas Ryan and sister, Paige Dillon; His maternal grandparents, Richard and Susan Decato all of Canterbury; paternal grandparents, Sharon and Phil Andrews of Gilford; two great-grandmothers, Elaine Smith and Sarah Decato of Canterbury, many aunts, uncles, cousins and numerous friends.

Seth, may the wind be at your back, the sun on your shoulders. May that smile be forever on your face. May your arms always be extended in a hug, of which you were so good at. I hope you know how much you are loved and how greatly you will be missed.
