Charles J., Lumbard, age 75, US Navy Vet., and Master Electrician, passed away unexpectedly on July 23, 2017. Beloved husband of Maureen E. (Neal) Lumbard. Father of Mary E. Lumbard and her fiancé Ken Flagg of Tewksbury, Charlene M. Lumbard of Lowell, Monique Y. LeBrasseur of Lowell. Brother of Henry Lumbard and his wife Lenetta of Pelham, NH. He leaves 7 grandchildren, 1 great grandchild, many nieces, nephews, and extended family members.
Calling hours are Friday, July 28 from 4-8 p.m. at the Farmer & Dee Funeral Home, 16 Lee St., Tewksbury. His funeral will begin of Saturday, July 29, at 9 a.m. at the funeral home, followed by his Funeral Mass at 10 a.m. at St. Williams Church, 1351 Main Street, Rte. 38, Tewksbury. Interment at Tewksbury Cemetery, 172 East St., Tewksbury.
