Cook, Patricia Ann “Trisha”, 54, was called home July 23, 2017 at Cedar Lake Park Place in New Castle, KY.
She was born to James and Geraldine (Young) Cook on July 16, 1963 in Louisville.
Trisha was a very special lady, adored by many.
Left to cherish her memory are her parents; and sisters, Cynthia Cook, and Beverly Garrow (Ronald); a niece, Amber Baskett (Mathew; two great nephews, Bryce and Brady Baskett; a cousin, Betty Proctor; and a special friend, Jan Hermes.
Funeral services will be Thursday at 1:00 PM at Owen Funeral Home, 5317 Dixie Highway; burial is in Bethany Cemetery.
Visitation is Wednesday 4:00-8:00 PM.
