Salvatore J. "Sal" Uglietta of Medford died on Monday, July 24. Born and raised in Somerville, he was the son of the late Salvatore and Anna (Stenta) Uglietta. Sal was the printing supervisor at Massachusetts Teachers Asc. for 23 years, and volunteered at the Somerville American Legion Memorial Post 447.
Sal was the Beloved brother of Rosalie Uglietta of Medford, Mary Carbone of Tewksbury, and the late Pat B. and Cosmo Uglietta. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
Funeral from the Dello Russo Funeral Home, 306 Main St., Medford on Thursday, July 27, at 10 AM followed by a funeral mass celebrated in St. Clement Church, 71 Warner St., Medford, at 11 AM. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend. Services will conclude with burial at Oak Grove Cemetery, Medford. Visiting hours Wednesday, July 26, from 4 through 7 PM.
