Adelina Andrade (93) of Randolph died July 23rd at home surrounded by her loving family. She was the widow of the late Jose Teixeira.
She was born in Atalia, Fogo, Cabo Verde daughter of the late Claudio DeAndrade and Maria (Alves) Andrade. Adelina was a communicant of St. Edith Stein Church. She enjoyed listening and dancing to traditional Cape Verdean music.
Survivors include a daughter Maria Andrade of Randolph, 2 sons, Fausto Teixeira of Boston and Mario Teixeira of Brockton, 9 grandchildren, Jonathan, Justin, Alex, Fausto, Natalio, Jillian, Lucia, Sandra and Felicia, 6 great grandchildren, Aaliyah, Anthony, Yanick, Taylor, Dylan and Noah.
Funeral Services from the Home of Funerarias Multi Culturel 238 Court Street Brockton Saturday July 29th at 8 am followed by a Funeral Mass in St. Edith Stein Church at 9 am. Burial will follow in New Calvary Cemetery, Boston. Visitation Friday July 28th from 5-9 pm.
