James J. Carroll, IV, 42, passed away Thursday, July 20, 2017 at Lanessa Extended Care in Webster.
His wife, Amy (Russell) Carroll died in 2015.
He leaves a son, Blake Carroll of Ft. Lauderdale, Florida, a sister, Patricia Ann Carroll and brother-in-law Donald Freeman of Webster, two step-brothers; Waylon Reynolds and John Hand both of Ft. Lauderdale and a step-sister, Virginia Tabor.
Jim worked in construction for many years.
He was born in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida, son of James J. and Jacqueline A. (Dodson) Carroll, III and has lived in Webster for the past 2 years.
There are no calling hours, services will be private.
