Frances Marie (McKeand) Hoppes, 90, of Anderson died July 19, 2017 at her residence surrounded by her family following a brief illness.
She was born, September 3, 1926 in Madison, Indiana the daughter of George and Pansy (Coppes) McKeand.
Frances was a dairy clerk at Kroger for many years and worked over 25 years for Bendle Lawn Equipment where she was known as "Grandma" by all.
She is survived by her four children, Janice (Chuck) Riddle of Anderson; Rick (Susie) Biven of Monterey, Mexico; Karen (Steve) Gray of Anderson and Cindy Biven of Bowling Green, KY; sister, Norma Garrretson of Anderson; brother Jimmy (Lois) McKeand of North Vernon; many grandchildren, great grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Frances was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Bobby Ralph Hoppes in October of 2013 and her brother Edward McKeand.
Service will be held at noon on Monday, July 24, 2017 at Rozelle-Johnson Funeral Service with Pastor Bill Hilligoss officiating. Burial will follow in Anderson Memorial Park Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 10 a.m. until the service at the funeral home on Monday.
