Robert W. Galluccio of Newburyport died on Sunday, July 2. Born and Raised in Everett, he was the son of the late John and Mary (Cardello) Galluccio. Robert settled in Medford in 1966 and worked hard in construction to support his family. He moved to Newburyport 15 years ago.
Robert was the beloved husband of the late Jill (Ralph) Galluccio, and the devoted father of William Galluccio and his wife Lee of Franklin, and Kristin Spillane and her husband Thomas of Byfield. He was the loving grandfather of Chloe, Maxwell and Lily Galluccio, and Sommer, Justin and Liam Spillane. Robert was the brother of the late Andrew Galluccio and Lorraine Lariviere, and is survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
Funeral from the Dello Russo Funeral Home, 306 Main St., Medford on Thursday, July 6, at 10:30 AM followed by a funeral mass celebrated in Immaculate Conception Church, 600 Pleasant St., Malden, at 11:30 AM. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend. Services will conclude with burial at Oak Grove Cemetery, Medford. Visiting hours Wednesday, July 5, from 4 through 8 PM.
