Donald Leon "Bushman" Bush, 80, of Anderson died June 22, 2017 at Monticello House after an extended illness.
He was born December 27, 1936, in Sullivan the son of Ernest & Audie Bush.
He worked 33 years at Delco Remy and retired in 1988.
Donald graduated from Pleasantville High School in 1954. He worked in his dad’s coal mine while in high school. He was a member of Meadowbrook Golf Course Men’s Club, American Legion in Middletown. He was passionate about golf, NASCAR, and little league baseball. He had 7 Holes-N-One. He was extremely particular about his yard and vehicles. He had a very generous spirit and loved his grandchildren.
He is survived by his wife of 25 years, Linda (Sedwick) Bush; son, Dennis Bush of Sarasota, FL; daughter, Denise (Mark) Molinaro of Ft Wayne, IN; stepson, Mark (Jonie) Jessup of Noblesville, IN.; grandchildren, Nicklaus of Houston, TX; Hannah of Indianapolis, Olivia of Ft Wayne, Addison, Annabella, Asher of Noblesville. Special friends include Jim Harrington, Butch Scott, Rodney McKensey.
Donald was preceded in death by his parents, sister Marian (Buck) Bedwell, and grandson, Jordan Bush.
