Christina (McHugh) Michael, 63 of Sandwich, NH passed away peacefully at her home Thursday June 8, 2017 after a long illness. She had a smile on her face and her husband at her side.
Christina was born in Laconia, NH on January 8, 1954 to Francis and Ruth (Marvin) McHugh. She grew up in Meredith and attended the Inter-Lakes schools and was class president of the class of 1972.
Chris received her B.A. in French from the University of New Hampshire. She was an avid reader, quilter and a Master Gardener. Christina enjoyed the winter months at her home in Venice, Fl.
Christina is survived by her husband of 22 years, Kevin Michael; brother Steven McHugh of Stratham, NH; sister Jennifer and her husband Chris, of Lee NH; mother-in-law Bunny Michael and brother-in-law Tim Michael, of Sandwich NH; brother-in-law Lewis Vittum and his wife Sharon of Sandwich NH; and brother-in-Law Alex and his wife Amanda of Virginia Beach, VA and many cherished nieces and nephews.
A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
