Anna Tuohey of Milton passed away unexpectedly at home on Monday, June 12, 2017. Born in Boston, Anna was raised in Milton and attended Milton Schools. She was a retired employee of the Blue Ribbon Laundry, located in the Ashmont section of Dorchester, a job she held for over 30 years. She was also a member of the Milton Council on Aging. The beloved sister of the late Helen Martinelli, Dorothy D’Apiece, Ruth Faiella, Joseph Tuohey, Alice List, Margaret Speth and Catherine Tuohey, she is survived by her loving niece Helena M. Noris and her husband John of Milton and many caring nieces and nephews. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Elizabeth Church, Milton on Saturday morning, June 17, 2017 at 10.am Visiting hours will be held at the Alfred D. Thomas Funeral Home, 326 Granite Ave., Milton Friday, June 17, 2017 from 4 to 7 pm. Interment will be in Milton Cemetery with her family.
