CUDD, Robert M. (Bobby) of Dedham June 5, 2017 surrounded by loving family after a courageous battle with cancer. After graduating Dedham High School '71 and University of Mass Amherst ’75, Bobby rose to rank of Major in the US Army.
Beloved Son of the late George and Mary Cudd. Adored Brother of Diane Capodilupo and her husband Peter of West Roxbury, Karen Dowd and her husband Stephen of Beverly, George Cudd Jr. and his wife Martha of Tall Timbers, MD, William E. Cudd of Dedham, and Joanne Massey and her husband Rob of Chelmsford. Devoted companion of Antoinette Roche of Methuen. Also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
Bobby loved Boston Sports and was an avid Red Sox and Patriots fan. He loved the beaches of Cape Cod, Cape Ann, and enjoyed New Hampshire with his dear friend Antoinette.
Funeral from the George F. Doherty & Sons Wilson-Cannon Funeral Home, 456 High St., DEDHAM, Saturday, June 10 at 9am followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Mary of the Assumption Church, Dedham at 10am. Relatives and friends kindly invited. Visiting hours at the funeral home Friday, June 9 from 4-8pm. Interment in Brookdale Cemetery, Dedham.
