HEANEY Kathleen A. age 67, a lifelong resident of Dedham, passed away in the early morning of Saturday, May 27, 2017, surrounded by her loving family and friends.
The daughter of James J. and Katherine T. (Brannelly) Heaney, she attended St. Mary’s School and graduated from Ursuline Academy and Regis College, as well as Boston University’s graduate school. Throughout her career, she spent several years in television, radio, public relations, and most recently worked in national and regional sales management in the country’s top investment management companies such as Liberty Financial, Fidelity, and MetLife.
She was the loving wife of Michael P. Driscoll and the devoted mother of Kristen T. (Heaney) Burns, and her husband William of West Roxbury, Colin M. Driscoll of Burlington, VT, and Caitlin S. Driscoll of San Francisco, CA. She is also survived by her siblings, James J. of Hyannis, Joseph P. and his wife Risa Dubin of Arlington, Maureen T. and her husband Steven Edelstein of Weare, NH, Lawrence G. and his wife Heather Gordon of Medfield, and Paul F. of Hanover, and five nephews. She was also the sister of the late Sheila Grasso.
Funeral from the George F. Doherty & Sons Wilson-Cannon Funeral Home 456 High St. Dedham on Friday, June 2nd at 9:30am. Followed by a Funeral Mass in St. Mary’s Church, Dedham at 10:30am.
