Mary L. (Welch) Cahill 88, passed peacefully on Friday May 19th, 2017. She was born on November 2nd, 1928. She is preceded in death by her spouse William "Bill". They were married 51 years. Mary retired from JCPS having driven a school bus for 16 years. She loved her family and playing Bingo. Mary is survived by her sons, William (Jeanette)and John (Dawn), 5 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren. Visitation will be Sunday May 21st from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m at the Owen Funeral Home-Jeffersontown 9318 Taylorsville Rd. Funeral Service will be 10 a.m. Monday at the Funeral Home, with burial to follow at Highland Memory Gardens. The family gives many thanks to the staff at Beaumont, Sacred Heart Home and Hosparus.
