Preceded in death by husband, Ervin; parents, Michael & Anna Brand; brother & sister-in-law, Raymond & Virginia; sister & brother-in-law, Eleanor & Don Becker. Survived by daughter, Cindy Scanlon; and 3 other children; 6 grandchildren; 4 great grandchildren. Thanks to Maplewood Good Samaritan for their loving care, especially her special friends, Ella & Dorothy. Loretta was born on February 20, 1924 in Mayhew Lake Township, MN. Mass of Christian Burial Thursday (May 25, 2017) 11:00 AM at CHURCH OF ST. PETER, 2600 N. Margaret St., North St. Paul. Visitation one hour prior to the Mass. Interment Evergreen Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred to Church of St. Peter.
