Margaret (Quigley) McCann, age 94 of North Andover and formerly of Methuen passed away peacefully with her loving family by her side on May 17, 2017 at the Merrimack Valley Hospice House. Margaret was born in Methuen on August 25, 1922 to the late William and Margaret (Carney) Quigley). She was a member of Cadet Corps and a former communicant of St. Michael’s Parish of North Andover. Margaret enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren. She was a RN at the Clover Hill Hospital formerly of Methuen.
Margaret was the beloved wife of the late William McCann. She was the devoted mother of William McCann and his wife Regina, Michael McCann and his wife Donna, Linda D’Angelo and her husband Gus, and Tracy Nelson and her husband Jay. She was the dear sister of the late Bernard Quigley, the late Donald Quigley, the late Paul Quigley, the late William Quigley and the late Raymond Quigley, the late Gloria Atkins, the late Carol Getchell, and Delores Connor, wife of the late Dr. James Connor. Margaret was the loving grandmother of 5 and the cherished great grandmother of 8. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
