Mary C. "Ann" (Conlon) Moreland, 93, of Anderson died May 17, 2017 at Community Hospital after an extended illness.
She was born May 5, 1924 in Mallard, Iowa the daughter of Leo L. and Mary (Wessar) Conlon. She graduated from Mallard High School.
She was a secretary for General Motors for 32 years before retiring in 1976.
She was a member of 40/8 Auxiliary, Bridge Club, Lady Elks, Grandview Lady's Club and loved listening to audio books.
She is survived by her two children, David McCullough of Markleville, Vicki (Michael) Emmons of Noblesville, stepdaughter, Christina (Jeff) Klipp of Temple, GA; grandson, Brian Howard of Dubuque, Iowa; two step-grandchildren, Jennifer (Josh) Tilley and Thomas Wilcox both of Georgia; great granddaughter, Brianna Howard and two step-great grandsons, Colton and Landon and her sister, Audrey Costerison of Alexandria and several nieces and nephews
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Tom Moreland died in 2009; two brothers, George and Lyle Conlon.
Mass of Christian burial will be at noon on Saturday, May 20. at Rozelle-Johnson Funeral Service with Monsignor Robert L. Sell, III officiating. Entombment will be in East Maplewood Cemetery.
Visitation will be Saturday from 10:30 a.m. until the service at noon at the funeral home.
Memorial contributions may be given to St. Vincent DePaul Society.
