Phyllis R. Amadon
Manchester– Phyllis R. Amadon, 85, died May 16, 2017 at Elliot Hospital following a brief illness.
She was born in Northfield on January 15, 1932 the daughter of Willard and Evelyn (Bagley) Rowell.
Prior to her retirement she had worked for Normand’s Beauty School.
She was a resident of Maple Leaf Healthcare Center.
Family members include one son, John Q. Amadon of Portland, ME., one daughter, Juanita Amadon of Lakeland FL., one grandson, Nathaniel, two sisters, Mildred Proulx of Weare, Annabelle Proulx, of Manchester, nieces, nephews and cousins.
A calling hour will take place on Friday from 11:30 am to 12:30 pm at J. N. Boufford & Sons Funeral Home, 110 Bridge St.
Committal prayers and burial will follow in St. Augustin Cemetery, South Beech St.
