Carmen M. Diana, age 47, passed away on Saturday, May 13, 2017. Carmen is survived by her special friend Joe Sanfilippo, her advocate and friend, Anne Tucker Roberts and her many caregivers and friends Patricia McNicol, Barbara Buckley, Brianah Maloney, Rebecca Mahoney, Renee McCorkle and many other friends at South Shore Support Services.
She was born and grew up in Waltham and was also a longtime resident of Brockton. Carmen graduated from the Massachusetts Hospital School in Canton and was a strong woman who overcame many medical adversities.
Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to the visiting hours for Carmen at the C. C. Shepherd Funeral Home located at 134 Pleasant St. (Columbian Sq.) S. Weymouth on Thursday, May 18 from 10-11 AM. A funeral service in honor of Carmen’s life will immediately follow the visitation at 11AM. Interment will be at Lakeview Cemetery in South Weymouth.
