John Watson, 55, of Carver, passed away on May 12, 2017. John was the son of the late David T. Watson and Lillian (Bryce) Watson. He is also survived by his siblings, Karen Crimmins and her husband Robert of Duxbury, David Michael Watson of Duxbury and the late William T. Watson. John was a loving uncle to many nieces and nephews and will be missed dearly by his cousins and friends. John was a carpenter by trade. He loved hockey, gardening and especially being a summer resident at his cottage on Clark's Island. He also loved spending time with his dogs. Visiting Hours will be held at the Shepherd Funeral Home, 216 Main St, Kingston on Tuesday, May 16, from 4:00 to 8:00PM. A Funeral Mass will be held at Holy Family Church in Duxbury on Wednesday, May 17 at 10:00AM. Interment will follow at Mayflower Cemetery in Duxbury.
