Karen M. Liarikos-Mayall, 60, of New Bedford passed away Thursday May 4, 2017. She was the wife of Brian J. Mayall.
Born in New Bedford, the daughter of George F. and Joan M. (Saunders) Liarikos of Rochester, she lived in Acushnet for many years.
Karen was formerly employed as a telephone operator for New England Telephone Company until her retirement.
In addition to her husband and parents, she is survived by her siblings, George F. Liarikos III of Dartmouth, Peter J. Liarikos of Nashua, NH, and Jo-Ann O'Malley and her husband David of Rochester; her stepdaughter, Amanda Medeiros-Mayall of Providence, RI; and nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
She was predeceased by her sister, Susan E. Fortin.
Her Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Saturday May 20, 2017 at 9 AM at Holy Name of the Sacred Heart of Jesus Church. Visiting hours are omitted. Burial will be in St. Mary's Cemetery.
