Marcie A. Zurblis,, age 27, of Mansfield, passed away surrounded by the embracing love and devoted care of her parents, on Saturday, April 29, 2017 at Children’s Hospital in Boston.
Born in Norwood, MA on January 12, 1990, she was a loving and beautiful daughter of Peter E. Zurblis and Heidi A. O’Brien-Zurblis of Mansfield.
Marcie spent her early childhood living in North Attleboro. Her family later moved to Mansfield, where she has made her home for the past twenty-one years.
She graduated from the Spoke Collaborative Program in Mansfield and was a member of The ARC of Bristol County.
Marcie treasured the times spent with her family. She enjoyed socializing with the many new friends and acquaintances she made in her life and had a special love for animals.
Marcie’s family would like to extend a special thanks to the many compassionate nurses and doctors who provided exceptional care throughout her life.
In addition to her mother and father, she is survived by her dear brothers and sisters Jason Pendleton of Florida, Brianna Zurblis of North Attleboro, Aaron Zurblis of Mansfield and Morgan Zurblis of Pennsylvania. She is also survived by her numerous loving aunts, uncles and cousins.
Her funeral service, to which relatives and friends are cordially invited to attend, will be held on Thursday, May 4th at 7:00 P.M. at the Sherman & Jackson Funeral Home, 55 North Main St., Mansfield.
Visiting hours will be held prior to the services on Thursday from 5:00-7:00 P.M. at the Sherman & Jackson Funeral Home.
Burial will be private and in lieu of flowers, Marcie’s family has requested that donations in her memory be made to The ARC of Bristol County, 141 Park St., Attleboro, MA 02703.
