Fulton, John Chamberlin, 69, was called home April 26, 2017 in Louisville.
He was born to John and Sarah (Chamberlin) Fulton on December 9, 1947.
John worked for Humana in Customer Service – Claims Dept., where he retired in 1992. He was a proud U.S. Air Force Veteran.
He is preceded in death by his parents; and a brother, Andrew Fulton.
Left to cherish his memory are his wife of 48 years, Carol (Spain) Fulton; and loving nieces and nephews: John Andrew Fulton, Jessica and Joshua Vittitow, Julia Downs, Steven, Mark, Michael, and Daniel Spain; his loving canine companion, Morgan.
Funeral Services will be Monday at 12:00 PM at Owen Funeral Home 5317 Dixie Hwy. Burial is at Kentucky Veterans Cemetery Central. Visitation is Monday 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM.
