MARISA K. (METTEN) POTTINGER, 57, passed away on April 3, 2017.
She was a mother and homemaker.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Sandy Settles; father Samuel Pottinger; also by grandparents, Momo and Papa who raised Marisa and her sisters.
Survivors include her children, Shauna Metten, Johnny Metten, Sandy Pottinger, Sabrina Pottinger, and Anthony Pottinger; three grandchildren, Savanna, Jaylin, and Joseph and one on the way; sisters, Gina Fultz and Danita Settles; 14 nephews; 4 nieces; 3 great nieces; 1 great nephew; and our Aunt Debbie who helped guide us through our loss and who loved our Mother as her own sister.
We would also like to thank Yvonne of Owen Funeral Home and Staff on Dixie Highway and Gary and Patrick Grafton, Coroners of Franklin County, KY. and their staff for all the help and understanding at our time of loss.
Cremation was chosen and a celebration of her life will be held at a later date.
