Timothy J. Duffy, 52, of Orchard Drive, Cumberland died unexpectedly at his home on April 19, 2017. He was the beloved husband of Roberta A. (Joly) Duffy.
Born in Pawtucket, he was a son of Anita (Levesque) Duffy. He grew up in and has remained a lifelong resident of Cumberland.
Mr. Duffy was a longtime warehouse manager for several businesses, including Rumford Aquarium in East Providence, and Banneker Industries and Pet Food Experts in Cumberland. He was a humble and kind man who was happiest spending time at home with his family, relaxing with friends or watching his Miami Dolphins or NASCAR.
Besides his wife, he leaves his two daughters which brought the most joy to his life, Hannah K. Duffy and Sarah E. Duffy both of Cumberland, his sisters, Barbara Duffy of Cumberland and Susan Duffy of Woonsocket, brothers, Michael Duffy of North Smithfield and Stephen Duffy of Cumberland and many nieces and nephews. He was the brother of the late Robert and Kevin Duffy.
Visitation will be held Thursday, April 27th from 5-7pm in the Anderson-Winfield Home, Route 44 at Greenville Common, Greenville. Burial will be private.
