Vincent J. Morris passed away Friday afternoon at the Woodbriar Health Center in Wilmington. He was 74. Raised in Medford, he was the son of the late Maunuel and Felicia (Ferrara) Morris.
A hardworking man, Vincent was self-employed in the catering business and for many years operated a very successful commissary at Logan International Airport. Vinnie lived most of his life in Medford and resided in Florida for several years, during the winters. He was a devoted husband, father and grandfather who loved his family and many friends.
He leaves his wife, Linda (DiMauro), his son Vincent and wife AnnMarie of Florida and daughter Andrea Courtney and husband Robert of Wilmington. He leaves his loving grandchildren: Vincent III, Christian and Alexander Morris and Madeline and Robbie Courtney.
He was the brother of Sandra DiStefano, Judy Sousa, Geri Pompeo and the late Robert Morris.
Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to visit at the Dello Russo Funeral Home, 306 Main St., Medford on Wednesday April 26th from 3 thru 7 PM and again on Thursday morning at 10 followed by a funeral mass celebrated in St. Raphael Church, 512 High Street, Medford at 11 AM. Services will conclude with burial at Oak Grove Cemetery, Medford.
