Elizabeth Anna Jacobs, age 84 of Prosser, entered into rest on April 4, 2017 at Prosser Memorial Hospital. She was born on February 10, 1933 in Madawaska, Maine to Thomas and Anna (Martin) Dagile. She was raised and educated in Maine and Canada. Elizabeth and Karl Jacobs were married on May 1, 1965.
Together, they owned and operated Prosser Electronics.
Elizabeth was very active member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church and sang in the choir for several years until she retired. Volunteering brought great joy to her life. She enjoyed visiting and playing the piano at several nursing and living assisted homes.
Elizabeth is survived by her husband of 52 years, Karl Jacobs of Prosser; her children, Thom Jacobs, Luella Stelck (Dan) of Deary, Idaho and their children, Judah and Kael Stelck and Larry Jacobs of Prosser and his son, Jake Jacobs; and her brother, Bert Dagile of Windsor, Ontario, Canada. She was preceded in death by her parents.
Recitation of the Rosary is scheduled for 6:00 PM Friday, April 28th
at Prosser Funeral Home. A Memorial Mass will be celebrated at 2:30 PM on Saturday, April 29th at Sacred Heart Catholic Church.
