Eloise worked for almost 25 years in the shoe industry. First at Dorson-Fleischer and later at Evangeline Shoe.  Like her mother, she always had a flower and a vegetable garden. She loved having people over for dinner and could make it look like fun. She was creative with her hands making afghans and other knitted products for parish fundraisers. She was a longtime parishioner of St. Augustin Church where she held membership in St. Anne Sodality. She volunteered at Bingo for Saint Augustin Parish and the Holy Cross Sisters for 27 years.
In her later years, she cheered for the Red Sox and Big Papi;  was a 20 year viewer of the Young and the Restless where she favored the Abbotts, she loved making 1000 piece puzzles and playing cards and did the daily word jumble and wordsearch.  Mom had a generous heart and touched many lives.
Doris and I would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to the residents, tenants, and the compassionate and caring staff at Saint Teresa’s Manor. Mom really enjoyed  her time as part of your family.  A special blessing for Judy, Sylvia, Sharon, her roomie Bernadette and Sr. Pauline Lafond.
