Obituary

Madeline T. (Neiderer) McKenzie Boucher, age 95 of North Andover passed away on April 20, 2017. Madeline was born on July 31, 1921 in Montreal, Canada. She was a graduate of Bristol High School, Class of 1938 and a graduate of Rhode Island College, Class of 1942. Madeline was a long time teacher in the Methuen Public Schools, spending most of her career teaching elementary school aged children.

Madeline was the beloved wife of the late Ernest McKenzie and the late Rene Boucher. She was the devoted mother of Suzann Tinney and her husband Harold, Martha Sierpina and her husband Raymond, Jeannette McKenzie and Red Cohen, Joseph Boucher and his wife Michele, Peter Boucher and his wife Ann, Mary Murphy and the late Julie Cormier. She was the dear sister of Robert Neiderer, and Claire Gravel. Madeline was the loving grandmother of 20 and the cherished great grandmother of 26.

Friends and guests are invited to call on Tuesday, April 25, 2017 from 9:00 AM until 10:45 AM at the Kenneth H. Pollard Funeral Home, 233 Lawrence St. Methuen. A Mass of Christian Burial will take place immediately following calling hours, beginning promptly at 11:00 AM at Our Lady of Good Counsel-St. Theresa’s Parish, 22 Plymouth St. Methuen.
