GORHAM- Edna G DePrez 95 passed away at her home on April 14, 2017.
She was born in Standish, daughter of the late Phillip & Margaret (Lowell) Wilson.
She was a graduate of Portland High School. Went to work at Fairchild, Maine General, & the government of Alabama as a Secretary/Accountant till she decided to start a family & be an at home Mom.
She very much enjoyed raising a family, making bed dolls, cooking and baking family/holiday meals. She was the rock of her family & everyone's Nana D.
She is predeceased by her Husband Ralph, Daughter Lori-Ann, & Grandson Ronald Smith.
She is survived by her Daughter Cheryl Smith of Buxton, Son Stephen and his wife Pauline of Biddeford, Grandson/Son Phil and his wife Brenda of Gorham, & Granddaughter Katherine Nevers and her Husband Harold of Baldwin. Brother Phillip Wilson of Oklahoma, Sisters Marian Lester of New York n June Smith of Westbrook. She also leaves behind her lifetime friend Ann Maynard of Westbrook, 16 great grandchildren, & 5 great great grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday April 22, 2017 at 10 AM at the Chad E. Poitras Cremation and Funeral Service Chapel, 498 Long Plains Road, Rt.22, Buxton. A gathering will immediately follow at the American Legion Hall at 17 Dunn St. in Westbrook
