Rose Marie (Vacca) Buccieri of Medford died on Sunday, March 26, at Lawrence Memorial Hospital of Medford. A lifelong Medford resident, she was the daughter of the late Michael and Rosa (Rossetti) Vacca. Rose Marie was employed for many years as a clerk for the City of Medford.
She was the beloved wife of the late Alexander F. Buccieri, and the devoted mother of Michele McCole and her husband Brian of Malden, and Leanne Foti and her husband Joseph of North Reading. Rose Marie was the loving grandmother of Jennifer Khodush and her husband Yevgeniy, Heather Koufos and her husband Kevin, Meaghan McCole, and Marissa Foti. She was the loving great grandmother of Cameron and Logan Khodush, Gavin and Emma Rose Koufos, and sister of Anna Roberto of Reading, and the late Angelina D'Orsi, Louis and Anthony Vacca. Rose Marie is survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
Funeral from the Dello Russo Funeral Home, 306 Main St., Medford on Friday, March 31 at 9 AM followed by a funeral mass celebrated in St. Francis of Assisi Church, 441 Fellsway West, Medford, at 10 AM. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend. Services will conclude with burial at Oak Grove Cemetery, Medford. Visiting hours Thursday, March 30, from 4 through 8 PM.
