FARMIMGTON, NH – Mr. Daniel McGonigle, 59, passed away Wednesday March 22nd at Wentworth Douglas Hospital.
Dan was born on July 21, 1957 in Lowell, Massachusetts a son of the late Raymond and Alberta (Miller) McGonigle Costa.
Dan was employed with the carpenters union for many years. He was a graduate of Tewksbury High School, Class of 1976 where he was an outstanding hockey player. He also loved the outdoors, he enjoyed hunting, camping and fishing as well. He will be remembered by many for his incredible sense of humor.
He is survived by his mother, Alberta (Miller) McGonigle Costa, two daughters, Julianne McGonigle, Katelyn Dumont and her husband Shawn, a granddaughter, Darla Julianne Dumont; his former wife, Diane (Byrd) McGonigle; four sisters, Ann Boyle and her husband Ronald, Catherine Brunelle and her husband Karl, Susan Lamport and her husband Ronald, Linda Hamilton, two brothers, Raymond McGonigle and his wife Este, Stephen Kasprzak and his wife Lisa; his step-parents, Steven and Carol Kasprzak: many nieces, nephews and great grandnieces and great grandnephews.
Relatives and friends will be received on Tuesday, March 28th from 4:00 to 7:00 pm at Tewksbury Funeral Home, corner of 1 Dewey St. and 975 Main St. (Rte 38), Tewksbury Center.
