Harriet B. (Perrone) Beebe, 90, of Abington, formerly of Whitman, passed away on Thursday March 23rd after a period of failing health. She was the wife of the late Robert S. Beebe, Jr
She was born in Quincy, daughter of the late Joseph and Catherine (Osgood) Perrone and was a graduate of Quincy High School.
Harriet has been a Whitman resident for over 50 years and was a communicant of the first Congregational Church in Whitman.
She enjoyed knitting, crocheting and the casinos.
She is survived by her children, Robert J. Beebe of Rockland, Richard and William Beebe of Whitman and Janice Duncan of East Bridgewater, her brother Joseph Perrone, Jr. of Quincy; also 4 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews. She was also the sister of the late Eleanor Logan.
Her funeral services will be held on Tuesday March 28th at 12:00PM in the Blanchard Funeral Chapel, Plymouth St (Rt 58 at the rotary circle) Whitman. Burial will follow in the Colebrook Cemetery, Whitman. Visitation will be one hour prior to her service from 11:00AM – 12:00PM.
