Obituary

Matthew F. Daigle, 31, a Massachusetts State Trooper of Framingham and formerly of Natick died unexpectedly Wednesday, March 22, 2017, at the Metro West Medical Center in Framingham.
He was the beloved husband of Christine M. (Dagle) Daigle.
Born in Framingham he was the devoted son of Francis E. Daigle and his wife Patricia of Littleton and the late Laurie (Gillis) Daigle.
Matthew was a dedicated Massachusetts State Police Trooper assigned to the Framingham Barracks since 2011.
He was a Veteran of the United States Air Force serving in two tours of duty in Afghanistan in the Security Forces. He received numerous commendations including the National Defense Medal, Afghanistan Campaign Medal with two Stars, the Air Force Overseas Ribbon and Humanitarian Service Medal.
Matthew attended the Natick School system and graduated from Natick High School class of 2004 where he enjoyed sports, and excelled as a member of four Bay State League Champion Natick Wrestling Teams.
He was known for his great sense of humor, active life style, loving the swimming pool and cherishing the time spent with his large extended family and friends.
In addition to his wife and father he is survived by one sister Jacqui Pugliese and her husband Steven of Marlboro, his grandfather Harvey Daigle of Franklin, his nephew Ryder, father and mother in law Mike and Denise Dagle of Framingham, and several aunts, uncles, cousins and many friends.
He was also the grandson of the late Gertrude Daigle and brother of the late Mike Breau.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend his Mass of Christian Burial on Monday, March 27th at 10:00 A.M. in St Patrick Church, 44 East Central Street, Natick.
Visiting hours in the John Everett and Sons Funeral Home, 4 Park Street, at Natick Common, are Sunday from 3:00 to 7:00 P.M.
Interment St Patrick Cemetery.
