Born in McGregor TX, he was the son of the late Albert and Hilda (Wiedemann) Otter. Dear brother of Doris Sonnier of LA, Barbara Denton of FL, Betty Kunze of UT, and Carol Otter, Rita Carroll, Mary Otter and Marilyn Otter all of TX. and the late Lambert Otter, Billy Otter and Alice Cummins all of TX. Cherished uncle of Janice, Jack and Carol Devlin and the late Billy and Jean Devlin. Brother-in-law of John Herbert of Winthrop and the late Caryl Devlin. A Funeral Service will be held in the Maurice W. Kirby Funeral Home 210 Winthrop St. WINTHROP, on Tues, March 21, at 11am. Relatives and friends are invited. Burial will follow in Winthrop Cemetery.
