Hoyen, Bertha (Krikorian) of Watertown, MA, formerly of Worcester, MA, passed away peacefully at the age of 96 on Saturday, March 11, 2017. Bertha was born on the Island of Cyprus in 1920 and as a young child, she and her family moved to Cambridge, MA. where she later graduated from Cambridge High and Latin. Loving daughter of the late Anna and Charles Krikorian of Watertown. Beloved wife of the late Albert T. Hoyen. Devoted mother of Deborah A. Hoyen and Carol D. Hoyen. Sister of Harry Krikorian and the late Rose Chebookjian Haroian, Leon Krikorian, Sauren Krikorian and Michael Krikorian. Also survived by many loving nieces, nephews and many other loving relatives and friends. Funeral service at Saint James Armenian Church, 465 Mount Auburn Street, Watertown on Friday, March 17 at 11:00 a.m. Visiting hours at the Aram Bedrosian Funeral Home, 558 Mount Auburn Street, Watertown on Thursday from 4 – 8 p.m. Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend.
